Sources of inspiration
A keen traveller, I have found inspiration in the colours and textures of the countries I have explored.
The primary inspiration for my designs often comes from nature and such elemental forms as a footprint, a water lily, or a seashell. Childhood summers in the rolling French countryside of the Tarn et Garonne and on the dramatic beaches and green, grassy cliffs of Spain's Cantabrian coast are reflected in my use of these and other natural shapes.
A keen and extensive traveller, I have also delighted in the world’s diverse geographies and cultures. From Costa Rica to Kenya to Cambodia, overland and by sea, I've found inspiration in the colours and textures of the countries I have explored.
